As a College we recognise that making the jump from GCSE to A level/ Level 3 study can be quite a challenge as more focus is placed on the individual and their ability to learn independently.

To help students manage this change in learning style, we have put together a range of resources that give an insight into the key skills, characteristics and methods that should be developed and adopted in order to maximise their learning and
become a ‘Successful Sixth Former’.

These resources are highly recommended for both students and parents and carers alike to support the transition to
A Level and Level 3 study.

The resources that we have shared are a series of narrated PowerPoints and short videos from our
Year 13 students and our specialist staff
